Tim Kowalski Appointed Chief Executive Officer of Halfpenny Technologies
Tim Kowalski, former Chief Operating Officer of Portico Systems, Inc., has been appointed President and CEO of Halfpenny Technologies.
BLUE BELL, Pa., January 23, 2012—Halfpenny Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of clinical data exchange solutions, announced today that Tim Kowalski has joined the company as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 16, 2012. Kowalski replaces former Chief Executive Officer Jerry Baker. In addition to his role as CEO, Kowalski will also serve on Halfpenny's Board of Directors.

Prior to Portico, Kowalski held the role of President and COO Marketing and Technology Solutions at ICT Group, a large business process outsourcing company, and was in technology leadership roles for Independence Blue Cross and Computer Sciences Corporation.
