The MobileOE is a fully functional and integrated mobile CPOE platform for the iPad and a variety of other tablet device. It adds capability to the existing ITF-GoDoc mobile results reporting application. The MobileOE feature enables easy-to-use mobile computerized provider order entry (CPOE) for the Apple iPad and Android capable tablets. Now there's an app to address billing information, ask-at-order entry questions, specimen types and medical necessity compliance — resulting in clean orders for receiving labs — from anywhere and at any time.

The ITF-GoDoc MobileOE is part of the Halfpenny Client Connectivity Bundle which also includes the ITF-Hub and ITF-Portal. With the new MobileOE version, orders can be dropped to any capable Electronic Health Record (EHR), laboratory information or billing and accounts receivable system. MobileOE is also integrated with a browser-based work flow facilitator for Patient Service Centers and hospital outpatient registration points for order validation prior to electronic upload of orders to laboratory information or registration systems. Similar to the mobile airline boarding pass technology, ITF-GoDoc MobileOE generates and emails a barcoded requisition directly to a patient’s mobile device that can then be presented to the patient service center for easy order entry.
