Primary responsibility is to be the primary non-executive, non-sales voice and advocate of the client within the company. The position will be responsible for maintaining high-quality relationships with assigned clients, including regularly scheduled conversations and ad hoc meetings as necessary. Incumbent will be a constant and permanent voice to the customer while representatives from Implementation and Sales flex as necessary. Incumbent will interact with the managers of the internal departments to always be aware of the status of their client, and advocate for their clients whenever necessary.
The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for the technical design, development, testing and documentation of the company’s Internet applications. This position will work closely with the implementation and support teams to plan and assure timely delivery of customer deliverables.  As a resident technical expert on web application development, this individual will work on the R&D team to facilitate core technology enhancements and plan for the development of new releases.

Primary responsibility is to coordinate the implementation of interfaces with a wide range of electronic medical record/electronic health record systems on behalf of our clients. Incumbent will perform a range of duties including, but not limited to: creating and following project plans, driving efforts of internal and external project resources, documenting progress, issues, changes, and other required metrics for each project, performing clinical testing and validation, and hosting project status calls.  Incumbent is also responsible for post-implementation support and troubleshooting of completed projects until transitioned to Customer Technical Support.
