Account Manager
Primary responsibility is to develop and maintain long term relationships with newly contracted and existing clients. Incumbent will perform a range of duties including, but not limited to: coordinating the "kick-off call" with newly contracted clients, developing the SOW for new projects with existing clients, documenting progress, issues, changes, and coordinating with the operations department for required quotes to be delivered to clients, as well as introducing new products to our existing client base. Incumbent is also responsible for special projects as required by business development partners to develop sales leads for the company.
