Primary responsibility is to be the primary non-executive, non-sales voice and advocate of the client within the company. The position will be responsible for maintaining high-quality relationships with assigned clients, including regularly scheduled conversations and ad hoc meetings as necessary. Incumbent will be a constant and permanent voice to the customer while representatives from Implementation and Sales flex as necessary. Incumbent will interact with the managers of the internal departments to always be aware of the status of their client, and advocate for their clients whenever necessary.
The primary focus of the Integration Software Developer is to design, develop and maintain interfaces, using the company’s ITF-Hub integration technologies.  Hands on programming and configuration skills are required.  Frequent interaction is required with internal analysts, project managers, quality assurance staff and other stakeholders involved with delivering integration implementations.  On occasion, the position will also participate in discussions with the company’s healthcare clients, partners, and third-party EHR vendors.
We are looking for a highly motivated QA Analyst to join our dynamic team.  The candidate will work under the supervision of the QA Manager while being involved in test planning, writing test cases / scripts, creating reusable test data, and test execution.
Primary responsibility of the Product Manager is to coordinate and manage the development, launch and maintenance of Halfpenny’s existing and new software solutions for clinical data exchange.
Primary responsibility is to troubleshoot, solve and escalate reported client issues relative to Halfpenny Technologies’ products post-implementation. This includes but is not limited to Integration Technology Framework (ITF) with a wide range of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), SecureConnect, ITF-Portal and GoDoc. The Analyst will perform a range of duties including, but not limited to: technical troubleshooting, monitoring and researching results and orders transactions, documenting issues, using an Incident Management Tool, managing logged issue priorities and following department policies and procedures. The person in this position communicates with clients on support issues and maintains open communication until issues are resolved.
